Early arrival and late departure
If you plan to arrive early in the day and wish to have immediate access to your room, we recommend that you reserve the previous night’s room to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, booking an additional night will guarantee access to your room until your departure. If you decide not to book, we will be happy to store your bags and make our pool facilities available for you to refresh yourself.
Family Plan
Nanajuana Río Dulce does not charge any additional fee for children 11 years old or younger occupying the same room as their parents or guardians (space permitting). Special rates may be available for two adults and two children 11 years of age or younger occupying two rooms, subject to availability.
