Every year during the hurricane season, many sailboats come to Río Dulce in search of shelter. This is how this family of friends of the sea is growing. The children spend the day playing, they get to know each other and become best friends… and the older ones share beers and stories about the sea.

We are aware of the importance of the value of the encounter between people who decide to have a different perspective on life, that is why Nanajuana Marina promotes and periodically hosts a Swap Meet, which invites boaters from all over Río Dulce to meet and sell or exchange spare parts and all kinds of useful items for life on board. Local artisans are also invited to offer their creations.
And many other activities are also organized in which they participate not only cruise passengers from Nanajuana, but also from all the marinas in the area.
